SEWER & DRAIN PIPE CLEANING

For any home a “sewer clean out” is a crucial part of your home’s plumbing and waste disposal system. It is a PVC pipe with a threaded cap that provides access to the sewer line.  So if a blockage does happen it can be accessed and removed. The lateral sewer line is the sewer line that connects your home to the public sewer system.

COMPLICATED & TOUGH WORK

And we have been doing it since our founding in 1997. HIS Plumber has several sewer-cleaning machines for any size line – ALL with the newest technology. We can literally clean a pipe’s inside walls completely with a directional chain, thus sweeping 360 degrees of the pipe at any of the problem spots. Our highly skilled technicians utilize Rigid® color sewer cameras and locating equipment to pin point any clogs or obstructions quickly and accurately.

SLOW DRAINING SINKS OR TOILETS

If you notice that your sinks, tubs, or toilets are draining more slowly than usual, it could be a sign that your lateral sewer line is clogged. Over time, debris, such as hair, grease, and other materials, can build up in the pipe, restricting the flow of wastewater and causing it to back up.

FREQUENT CLOGS

If you find yourself dealing with frequent clogs in your plumbing system, it may be an indication that there is a more significant issue with your lateral sewer line. Repeated clogs can be a sign of a deeper problem that requires professional attention.

UNPLEASANT ODORS

If you begin to notice unpleasant odors emanating from your drains or toilets, it could be a sign that there is a blockage in your lateral sewer line. As waste material builds up, it can release foul-smelling gases that can permeate your home.

SEWAGE BACKUPS

One of the most obvious and urgent reasons to have your lateral sewer line cleaned is if you experience sewage backups. When the line becomes severely clogged, wastewater can start to back up into your home, leading to costly and unsanitary damage.

FOUNDATION OR LANDSCAPE DAMAGE

A damaged or blocked lateral sewer line can cause issues outside of your home as well. Leaks or breakages in the line can lead to erosion, sinkholes, or other damage to your home’s foundation or surrounding landscape.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Even if you haven’t experienced any obvious signs of a problem, it’s a good idea to have your lateral sewer line cleaned periodically as a preventative measure. Regular maintenance can help souse out and address issues before they become major problems, saving you time, money, and hassle in the long run.
