Most toilet trouble is a worn part worth a quick repair, but an old or cracked unit is better replaced. We check first, then give you the honest call.
If the bowl and tank are sound, the fix is usually inside the tank: a flapper that will not seal, a fill valve stuck open, a loose handle, or the wax ring beneath the base. Those swaps are quick and easy on the budget.
Cracked porcelain, a base that keeps rocking, repeat clogs, or a thirsty older toilet all point to replacement. In upscale Vinings baths it is also the moment to move up to a comfort-height, low-flow, or smart toilet.
These are the toilet problems Vinings homeowners call us about most, and the usual cause behind each.
A flapper that no longer seals or a fill valve that will not shut, slowly padding your Cobb County water bill.
Too much tissue, a flushed wipe, or something lodged further down. We clear it and check that it empties cleanly.
A low tank level, mineral-choked rim holes, or a flush valve giving out.
The wax seal has let go or the base bolts have loosened, occasionally a cracked base.
Loose closet bolts or a tired flange, worth sorting before the seal fails.
It cannot be patched safely, so we help you pick and set a fresh unit.
Anyone can set a toilet. Here is why Vinings households keep our number handy when one acts up:

It comes down to the part and the toilet itself. After a quick look we hand you a flat price, and you decide before we lift a tool. Call 770.252.9966.
Yes. Same-day openings are common, and our after-hours line covers overflows and a household left without a working toilet.
Nine times in ten it is a worn flapper, a fill valve that will not close, or a float set too high, a small repair that saves a lot of water.
Almost always a spent wax ring or loose bolts. We lift the unit, fit new parts, reseat, and seal it so it stays dry.
We do. Those and low-flow models are popular in Vinings homes, and we set them exactly to spec.
Plan on one to two hours start to finish. Rusted bolts or a worn flange can stretch it a bit, and we flag that first.
